Rosehip/Cranberry

Rosehip oil is one of the first oils I tried long ago around the age of 18. I was given a sample and placed it around my eyes. Back then I was not aware of all the benefits hiding behind the capsule. I never in a million years thought I would eventually be living on a small plot of land that produced the very plant required to make my own Rosehip oil.
For the last decade, I have enjoyed the natural wild roses in various forms, in various ways. As spring unfurls from it’s winter slumber, life begins to flourish come summer and the first signs are often of the soft pinks of the wild rose petals. The silky texture is a delight to these fingertips, and the aroma allows a dance to the olfactory as their essence meets the neuronal aspects within this brain. Where the petals are available all summer, I get to enjoy a second experience come autumn as the rosehips ripen. The delicate silk like texture of the petals are completely different than the nodes of the hips power packed with all sorts of nutrients. Those nutrients are wonderful for our skin.
