Clients acknowledge that coaching is not a substitute for licensed professional care. The Coach adheres to current and emerging coaching‑industry regulations, including ethical standards, disclosure requirements, and consumer‑protection laws. This statement automatically incorporates future regulatory updates as they become effective. 3. Client Responsibilities & Conduct Requirements Clients agree to: Use all coaching materials solely for personal use Refrain from teaching, sharing, or repurposing the Coach’s methods Participate voluntarily and take responsibility for their own decisions Communicate respectfully and maintain professional boundaries Provide accurate information when requested Seek licensed care when issues fall outside the coaching scope Any misuse of materials, misrepresentation, or boundary violations may result in immediate termination of services. 4. Confidentiality & Data Protection The Coach maintains the confidentiality of all client information in accordance with applicable privacy and data‑protection laws. Confidentiality may be broken only when required by law, including but not limited to: Risk of harm to self or others Abuse, neglect, or exploitation Court orders or lawful subpoenas The Coach stores records securely and limits access to authorized personnel only. 5. Non‑Disparagement & Reputation Protection Clients agree not to make false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful statements about the Coach, the Coach’s business, or the Coach’s methods in any public or private forum, including social media, reviews, or professional settings. This clause protects the Coach’s business reputation, brand integrity, and economic interests. 6. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services The Coach reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate services at their sole discretion if: A client violates this agreement A client engages in harmful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior A client requires services outside the Coach’s legal scope Safety concerns arise Intellectual property misuse is detected Refunds, if applicable, will follow the published refund policy. 7. Enforcement & Legal Remedies Violation of this statement may result in: Immediate termination of access to services or materials Cease‑and‑desist orders Monetary damages Recovery of legal fees Injunctive relief Reporting to relevant authorities when required The Coach retains all rights and remedies available under applicable law. 8. Automatic Updates & Continuing Compliance This statement is designed to remain valid as coaching laws evolve.
